The mobility sessions run by Jonny Kilpatrick (Sports Physiotherapist) will target common muscle and joint imbalances that lead to overuse type injuries in the Parkour athlete. These exercises aggressively target trigger points and shorteness within the muscle groups we are most commonly using during our Parkour training and conditioning.
Jonny's mobility classes and exercises have already been well embraced by the Glasgow Parkour coaches community who can be very prone to overuse related muscle and joint injuries.
Come along and try these classes out - you'll instantly regain lost movements and be aware of much more efficient movement within one session.
GPC cannot recommend this class highly enough - as a parkour practitioners we have a responsibility to maintain good mobility and awareness of overuse injuries - this class does just that!
