Glasgow Parkour Coaching are currently working on various special classes at Crossfit Glasgow - the regular weekly class will return in the autumn

Conditioning for Parkour incorporates a range of body-weight strength and conditioning exercises which help to improve basic strength, coordination and agility.
Classes utilised the rigs and equipment at Crossfit Glasgow and encompass and range of technical and physical exercises found in Parkour.This class is designed as a supplement to your Parkour training, and GPC would recommend that you also check out our Adult Classes for full Parkour training.
